What a great recipe for #superbowlsunday ! Super quick and easy to make! Let me know what you think!



Ingredients:


Vegetables:

1/4 cup vertical thin sliced White Onion

1/4 cup vertical thin sliced Green Bell Pepper


Wet:

1 tablespoon White Vinegar

1 tablespoon of Grapeseed oil


Meat:

2 1/2 cups of Gardien meatless crumble


Dairy:

5 slices of smoked provolone slices or plant-based cheese


*salt, pepper, dry oregano, onion powder, garlic powder



Directions:

  1. In a large skillet, medium heat, add onion, bell pepper, oil, and vinegar; season.

  2. Once vegetables have began to sweat, add meat. Season again. Stir.

  3. Let meat get caramelized, add cheese, cover, remove from heat. Let cheese melt well. Serve.
